CSKA supplies SP ZONE car aircon service machines to Singapore workshops. The SPZ-FA1 and SPZ6000 recover, recycle and flush refrigerant, leak test, vacuum and inject oil (PAG, or POE for hybrids on the SPZ-FA1), with a refrigerant database, printed service reports and automatic purging of non-condensable gas.

Questions

What does an aircon flushing and recovery machine do?

It recovers the refrigerant from the car's aircon, recycles it, flushes dirt and old oil out of the system, tests for leaks, pulls a vacuum and then recharges the refrigerant and oil, all from one machine.

Why flush a car aircon system?

When a compressor fails, black oil and debris spread through the system. Flushing removes them so the new compressor is not damaged. We have posted a video of how black that oil can get.

Can the machine service hybrid cars?

The SPZ-FA1 lets you choose PAG oil or POE oil for hybrid compressors.
